  1. Plastic surgeons take all the crap for catering to the looks-obsessed...but they also repair cleft palates, damaged hands, apply skin grafts to burn victims, "make" ears and noses for folks damaged in battle, or even just involved in your every day car accident. Soooo...if the plastic surgeons want to ALSO feed the neuroses of people who may be just fine, but want to "enhance" their appearance...I don't have a problem with that. And who doesn't like boobies? Soooo...can't argue with breast augmentations. Yes, it's "fake" and it's man-made and it's artificial...but so is an American Beauty rose or a maroon Bluebonnet...or a cocker spaniel, for that matter. And all are just as pretty. Mankind does a lot to "uglify" the world: strip mining, city dumps, polluted rivers and lakes and air. I like to think that (except when things go horribly wrong, like in that picture) mankind artificially injecting a little extra beauty into the world can't be all bad.

  2. I think it depends on the person and circumstance to whether it is good or bad. If a lady is flat chested and feels the need to get some boobs that match her body then I think it is good if she is doing it for the right reasons.

  4. I think it depends on the person and circumstances. After nursing three kids I might only have flaps of skin left dangling in the wind. If that is the case I would consider a breast enhancement, but only to look like I did pre-children.
